Our registration fee for this season is $350.   There is an option to pay by check or credit card at the end of the form.  Full payment is due before the first practice.
 
Try Outs are on October 12th, practices will start right away the following week.

2019-20 Season Updates

Due to the construction at the High School we are not able to hold our fall tournament.  This was a huge fundraiser for us and allowed us to do many things for the girls playing.  However, without this funding we have had to make the following changes:
 
  1. Registration fees have increased to $350.  We have eliminated the tryout fee so this is an increase of $25.   All fees need to be paid before the first practice.  
  2. The income from the tournament was the source of all our scholarship money in the past.  Unfortunately, the funds available for scholarship this year are greatly reduced.  Scholarships will be granted on a very limited basis.  If you received a scholarship in the past, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive one this year. 
  3. We will not be able to provide the girls with warm ups this year.  Player warm ups will be available for purchase but will not be required.  
  4. We are hopeful that we may be able to host a spring tournament in conjunction with the high school program.  These funds will help pay for any coaches that we have for grades 6-8. 
  5. Volunteer hours will be reduced to 3 shifts.  A shift could be 1 hour or more depending on the task.  Shifts will include working concessions at the high school games, team parent and the spring tournament (if we are able to host one).  It will also include other tasks that are needed to help the program run smoothly.  Because of the reduction in board members, there will be tasks that we will need help with.  Our goal is to provide a sign up genius with all the tasks listed and available for players/families to sign up for.  
  6. A volunteer deposit of $200 will be required and will only be cashed if volunteer shifts are not completed.  
  7. A uniform deposit of $75 will also be required.  This will only be cashed if the uniform is not turned in.
