Happy 2012!

DECEMBER NEWS:

Our teams had some great success during the month of December.  Not only did we have teams win titles in the Buffalo, Farmington and Concordia tournaments, but our boys have been showing good progress on fundamental development and team work.

We were fortunate to have support from the varsity staff as they attended some tournament games and even came to practices to provide extra instruction to both our players and coaches.  Thanks Coach B and staff!

Thanks to all of the volunteers for their support at the "last minute" volunteer opportunity the weekend of December 17.  We ended up raising over $2500 for our association...that money goes directly to paying for tournaments, scholarships and keeping our registration fees as low as possible.  Special thanks to Steve G and Beth P for the amazing amount of time they put in to make it happen!!  NOTE:  As mentioned at kickoff, we are currently scheduled to have another volunteer opportunity in March, and are looking for additional fundraiser opportunities (more information can be found in the "Q&A" section of this site and by asking your Team Manager.

JANUARY / FEBRUARY / MARCH 2012

On the topic of the varsity, they're off to a good start even though they have a very young team.  Please use the "passes" they provided to us and support as many of their games as possible (and make some noise while you're at the games)!

Our teams are entering a fun part of the season, with many games at fun tournaments.  This is also a time for our players to continue working to get better at practice (which is the key to improving and becoming better players and teams).

Hopefully everyone had a great break from school, time with family and friends.  Best wishes in 2012!
